We are shaping the future of municipal infrastructure with innovative lighting technology. Our smart systems combine energy efficiency, safety and environmental awareness in a modern way - as impressively demonstrated by our latest project in Atteln (Paderborn district).
A modern walking and jogging route with intelligent lighting control was set up there as part of the "Revitalization of sports facilities in Altenautal" initiative under the leadership of USC Altenautal. It is a showcase project for how sustainable technology and municipal responsibility can go hand in hand.
Networked technology for greater efficiency
At the heart of the system are particularly economical LED lights that consume just five watts. Together with our partner PrismaTibro from Sweden, we have created a lighting system that is networked with each other and reacts automatically to movement.
If someone moves along the route, the light brightens up in a targeted manner - if it stays still, it gently dims down again. This adaptive system not only reduces power consumption by up to 83 percent, but also significantly reduces light pollution. This benefits people, animals and the environment in equal measure.
In addition to the intelligent reaction control, the brightness, lighting duration and intervals can also be individually adapted to the needs of the municipality. This makes every installation a tailor-made solution for the respective location.
Progress through sustainability
The example in Atteln shows how easily modern lighting technologies can be integrated into existing structures. Thanks to the flexible system architecture, even areas that are difficult to access can be equipped with solar luminaires - without any costly construction work.
Whether sports facilities, school routes, green spaces or parks: smart lighting increases the quality of stay, ensures safety and reduces operating costs at the same time.
Shaping the future with smart lighting
For DTS Traviation, one thing is certain: future-proof street and path lighting is a key component of sustainable municipal development. Intelligent lighting systems not only create more efficiency, but also more liveable public spaces - and thus make an important contribution to an ecological and safe infrastructure.
